TL;DR: The corruption in Washington has metastasized so far that pretending institutional “norms” will save us is like bringing a polite strongly-worded letter to a gunfight. Trump’s implementation of Project 2025 has systematically dismantled liberal democracy, handing the entire federal apparatus over to the Epstein Class and the Billionaire Boys’ Club while working-class Americans drown in unaffordable housing, rigged healthcare, and sky-high groceries. The post-WWII international order is dead, and the planet is teetering on climate and AI-supercharged destruction. Saving what’s left of democracy requires a ruthless progressive president willing to smash the old rules, ignore corrupted courts, and take a scalpel to the necrotic power structures holding this country hostage.
Welcome back to the resistance, folks.
If you still believe that standard D.C. etiquette, polite congressional hearings, and “respecting institutional norms” are going to pull America back from the brink of authoritarianism, I have a bridge in Brooklyn and a crypto token to sell you.
The political corruption in this country hasn’t just grown—it has metastasized. What we’ve witnessed under Trump’s Project 2025 rollout isn’t just bad policy; it’s a full-frontal, deliberate assault on the U.S. Constitution and the basic architecture of liberal democracy.
For the last two years, a narcissistic wannabe dictator—surrounded by a goon squad of techno-fascists and corporate oligarchs—has systematically gutted the federal government. The only beneficiaries are the Epstein Class and the Billionaire Boys’ Club. Meanwhile, working-class Americans are getting pulverized on every imaginable front: housing costs, healthcare bills, food prices, and basic physical safety. Abroad, Trump didn’t just bend the post-WWII international order—a system already decaying from decades of American imperial hubris—he drove the final, rust-covered nail into its coffin.
If we want to save democracy, stop runaway climate extinction, and prevent AI-supercharged WMDs from ending humanity, we cannot elect another timid, hand-wringing politician obsessed with “bipartisan decorum.”
We need a strong, unapologetic progressive president who understands that the current corporate-dominated order must be broken up and dismantled—even if that means taking a sledgehammer to D.C. precedent and ignoring a compromised judiciary to do it.
Here is the emergency playbook for Day One.
Stage One: Day One Executive Actions
1. Accountability and the Corrupted Judiciary
You can’t rebuild a house while the arsonists are still running around with blowtorches.
Invoke the Insurrection Act: Immediately arrest all Trump administration department heads pending a thorough, forensic investigation. Given the overwhelming evidence of an attempted authoritarian coup enabled by the fascist wing of the Supreme Court, nobody gets a free pass.
Seize illegal profits: All money made by the Trump family, and all cabinet members shall be returned to the American people.
Purge the Ethics Violators: Remove Supreme Court justices who brazenly violated the basic ethical rules that govern every other federal judge and civil servant in America.
Un-pack the Court: Expand the Supreme Court to 13 seats to match the 13 federal circuits, neutering the right-wing judicial cartel.
Term Limits and Mandates: Institute strict 18-year term limits and a mandatory retirement age for all federal justices.
Structural Power Shift: Eliminate the “shadow docket,” force all justices to rule on all cases. Enact sweeping structural judicial reforms designed to strip power away from unelected robes and hand it back to “We the People.”
2. Audit the 2024 Election
It’s time to settle the score with actual transparency instead of partisan hand-waving.
Full Ballot Review: Conduct a comprehensive, forensic review of all 2024 election ballots.
Investigate the Techno-Oligarchs: Open a formal federal investigation into Elon Musk’s deep involvement in the 2024 election, specifically examining evidence of electronic tabulation-level interference. If Trump legitimately won all seven swing states, a full, independent hand recount will confirm it and settle the question once and for all.
3. Restore the Federal Workforce
Trump tried to turn career civil servants into a lapdog army of political sycophants. We turn the lights back on.
Reinstate the Purged: Immediately reinstate all civil servants and military personnel removed, sidelined, or forced out under Trump’s purge—provided they’re willing to return to public service.
Ironclad Protections: Give federal fair-employment protections real, razor-sharp teeth, making career civil servants permanently immune from arbitrary political firings.
Money in Politics: Nuking the Backroom Deals
We must pass sweeping democracy reforms designed to be insulated from judicial review—a move fully backed by constitutional precedent.
Scientific Redistricting: Ban partisan gerrymandering nationwide. All congressional maps will be drawn by independent, non-partisan agencies using statistical best practices—not crooked state legislatures.
Hard Money Caps: Cap individual political contributions at $2,500 per candidate per election. Period.
Eradicate Dark Money: Ban corporate PACs entirely and outlaw secret, dark-money political slush funds.
Democracy Vouchers: Issue a $25 annual “Democracy Voucher” to every American citizen, allowing regular people to direct public funding to the candidates of their choice so working folks actually own the political process.
Total Transparency: Mandate the recording and public disclosure of all official conversations and meetings held by elected officials while serving the public. You work for us; we get to see what you’re doing.
Automatic Forfeiture: Violating money or transparency laws results in automatic, non-negotiable removal from office.
Close the Revolving Door: Permanently ban former members of Congress, Senators, top military brass, and high-level staffers from ever working as paid corporate lobbyists.
Smashing the Military-Industrial Complex
Defense contractors have spent decades scattering weapons-production factories across as many congressional districts as possible—a calculated structural trap designed to make cutting the military budget politically impossible for lawmakers.
End the District Trap: Systematically dismantle the defense industry’s geographic hostage-taking of federal appropriations.
Mandatory Annual Audits: Subject every single government defense contract to rigorous, transparent annual reviews.
The Zero-Tolerance Clause: Any defense contractor caught violating federal laws, fixing prices, or committing fraud will have their contracts automatically voided, with all prior payments clawed back into the public treasury.
Execute the “Corporate Death Penalty”
Decades of slap-on-the-wrist fines and deferred prosecution agreements have failed miserably. Today, corporate mega-donors treat federal fines as nothing more than a minor tax on doing business, buying de facto corporate immunity.
It’s time to introduce real fear back into the C-suite:
Revenue-Based Fines: Criminal fines for serial corporate violators of financial, environmental, or labor laws will start at one full year of gross global revenue.
Total Dissolution: For the most egregious, unrepentant corporate repeat offenders, we institute the ultimate punishment: the Corporate Death Penalty. The federal government will forcibly dissolve the corporation, liquidate its assets, and bar its executives from ever serving on a public board again.
The goal isn’t constant nuclear enforcement—it’s establishing a terrifying, credible deterrent that forces big business to do the right thing.
Antitrust as a Structural Mandate
We must trash the Chicago School lie that monopolies are fine as long as consumer prices seem low.
Size Matters: Pass new legislation explicitly instructing the courts that market size and concentration itself is a legitimate antitrust violation.
Shatter the Monopolies: Authorize federal trustbusters to aggressively break up dominant firms and investigate their anti-competitive practices.
The Hit List: Immediate targets for structural breakups include Amazon, Meta/Facebook, Google, the major AI conglomerates, military defense cartels, and major commercial airlines, just as a start.
The Bottom Line
Pretending we can fix a burning house by asking the arsonists to politely follow the HOA rules is pure delusion. The Trump administration and its oligarch handlers have broken the system beyond recognition.
The next president cannot be a caretaker of broken institutions. They must be a political wrecking ball. Only radical, unyielding action by a leader willing to break the rules to save the people can reclaim the American dream before it disappears entirely.
